I am not trying to manufacture perfect moments. I prefer to notice what already exists: light moving through a room, the silence before the ceremony, one hand reaching for another, laughter during preparations, or a glance exchanged when nobody is watching.

Living only a few minutes from the estate, I have had the opportunity to work there several times and in different contexts. I was also a content creator for Madness Traiteur during a beautifully orchestrated celebration held within the domain.

That experience helped me understand the château when a real celebration is taking place: when the light becomes softer, which spaces remain calm despite the energy of the day, which paths work best for portraits, and how the atmosphere changes as the day unfolds.

If you are planning a wedding, private ceremony or couple session at Château de Chantilly, it is important to plan photography arrangements in advance.

Wedding photography is permitted in the château’s park. For photography without equipment such as a tripod, bag or umbrella, the estate states a fee of €380 for the couple and photographer; any additional person must purchase a park entrance ticket.

For photography involving equipment, or for professional photo and film shoots, a prior request must be sent to the estate’s events team. Drones are prohibited across the entire site, and photography is not permitted during equestrian shows.
