A relaxed and intimate wedding in the South of France.
A Celebration That Felt Like Coming Home
Some weddings are beautiful. Some are joyful. And then there are those rare celebrations that feel like stepping into a world where time slows down, where people soften, where everything from the light to the laughter seems to fall perfectly into place. Emma and Michael’s wedding weekend at Le Mas de la Rose was exactly that kind of celebration.
Their families and friends travelled from Georgia, New York, and London, crossing continents to be with them. And from the very first moment, you could feel why: these two radiate a kind of kindness that makes everyone around them feel welcome. Photographing them never felt like “work.” It felt like being invited into something warm and genuine.
Day One — Brunch, Wine, and the Slow Magic of Provence
The weekend began gently, with a relaxed brunch at @la_cave_deygalieres. People arrived in small waves, greeting each other with long hugs and that unmistakable excitement that comes when a long‑awaited celebration finally begins. The tables were filled with easy conversations, shared stories, and the kind of laughter that sets the tone for everything that follows.
After brunch, the group headed out for two wine tastings, a perfect way to ease into the Provençal rhythm. One of them took place at the extraordinary @abbaye_de_pierredon, a place that feels suspended between art, nature, and centuries of history. Stone walls warmed by the sun, olive trees stretching across the hills, sculptures tucked between shadows. It was the kind of setting that invites you to breathe a little deeper.
People wandered, tasted, chatted, and simply enjoyed being together. There was no rush, no pressure, no timeline pushing anyone forward. Just a group of loved ones soaking in the beauty of the South of France.
As the sun began to dip, everyone gathered again at @lemasdelarose for a garden barbecue. The air was warm, the sky softening into shades of peach and lavender, and the sound of jazz manouche from @trioaccordsensible floated through the gardens like a soundtrack written just for them. Children ran between tables, friends toasted, and the whole evening felt like a long exhale.
The team at @cigalesetpetitsfours guided the day with such grace that everything unfolded effortlessly. Nothing felt staged. Nothing felt rushed. It was simply a beautiful day spent in beautiful company.

Day two — A garden party like day.
If Day One was about settling in, Day Two was about celebrating fully.
The morning began slowly, with music already drifting through the gardens and guests gathering for a relaxed garden party. Games were scattered across the lawn, drinks were passed around, and the atmosphere felt light and joyful, the kind of day where you can feel the celebration building long before the ceremony begins.
Emma got ready in her stunning @suzanneneville gown, her look completed by the talented hands of @unbrindaudace. There was something incredibly serene about her that morning. A quiet confidence, a softness, a sense of being exactly where she was meant to be.
The ceremony took place under a tree, surrounded by deep blue and soft white tones that framed the moment beautifully. It was intimate, emotional, and deeply sincere. Two people promising their lives to each other in front of the people who matter most.
And then the celebration truly began.
The band @garconschics and @zento.corp kept the energy alive all afternoon, filling the gardens with music that made it impossible not to smile. Guests danced, lounged, wandered, and enjoyed the kind of carefree happiness that only happens when everyone feels completely at ease.
As the sun began to set, Gelateria Notre Dame arrived with ice cream — a small detail that turned into one of the most joyful moments of the day. People lined up like children, choosing flavours, laughing, taking photos, and enjoying that simple, universal pleasure of cold ice cream on a warm evening. It was perfect.
Later, @djsamdakik took over, carrying the celebration into the night with a soundtrack that kept the dance floor alive. The stationery by @publichouseco and the florals by @mlvegetal added touches of elegance everywhere you looked — thoughtful details that elevated the day without ever overshadowing its heart.
